Negative: Flight delay so airlines provided a voucher for 1 more night for hotel and the receptionist acted snobby when handed her voucher and didn’t offer anything like cookies or water or hospitality like when I first checked in and was a paying customer.

Positive: The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and cheerful. He let us have a late check out AND gave us vouchers for breakfast. He was super upbeat and kind to everyone.
Negative: The mattress was super hard.

Positive: Nice Hotel.. except the register fell off the wall in the middle of the night. If I had been under it, it would have hit me in the head. Obviously was not screwed in properly. I asked at the desk when I checked out about a discount since register fell off wall. I did not get one, but felt for the price I paid for the room, I was entitled to one. The man working the desk said he would notate so I wouldn’t be charged extra for register. I said it fell off all by itself..Not properly installed..
Negative: I was overcharged by booking.com you charged me up front on 5/4/2025 for room & insurance at a price of 363.09..I was confused by making me pay up front like that& insurance at that time. I immediately called my daughter & their room was way less. I called Doubletree Hotel immediately after my Daughter. They said this was not right . I requested full refund within 30 minutes of booking. I have only received partial. You owe me $234.99. I just checked with my credit card they have not received a credit from you for the difference. I want my money back or I am turning you in for fraud
